Craig Bartley is a civil lawyer at Aitken Whyte Lawyers, practising in civil and commercial litigation and dispute resolution. Craig holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Southern Queensland and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law.

Craig has significant experience in commercial matters as well as in dispute resolution. His experience includes assisting clients with estate administration, commercial leasing, employment disputes such as breach of employment contracts and unfair dismissal, professional negligence, and Australian Consumer Law breaches. He has a particular passion for employment and succession law.

With previous large-scale operations experience, Craig approaches matters commercially and looks to streamline processes for his clients. He is as confident conversing with clients as he is negotiating with other legal practitioners and advocating in Court. He is always aware of his client’s needs and empathetic when dealing with sensitive matters.

Craig is focused on results for his clients. He prides himself on fully understanding a matter before formulating a sustainable resolution. Craig provides a business-minded approach to matters for our clients and is available to discuss all civil and commercial legal matters.
